Mike Pence: 'Disappointing' To See Obama 'Break With The Tradition' And 'Become So Political'

Vice President Mike Pence slammed former President Obama in a Fox News interview.

Vice President Mike Pence slammed former President Obama's scathing speech about President Trump and Republican lawmakers.
"It was very disappointing to see President Obama break with the tradition of former presidents, and become so political and roll out the same tired arguments that he and liberals have made over the last eight years," Pence said during a Fox News Sunday interview.
"The truth is the American people in 2016 rejected the policy and direction of Barack Obama when they elected President Donald Trump," Pence added.
During his speech at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign on Friday, Obama directly criticized Trump since leaving the office.
"He is a symptom, not the cause," Obama said. "He's just capitalizing on resentments that politicians have been fanning for years — a fear and anger that's rooted in our past, but also born out of the enormous upheavals that have taken place."
