Ingredients:
Readymade pooris
Khatta Meetha Paani
2 green chillies
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1 tbsp chaat masala
1/4 cup seedless dates
1/8 cup lemon juice
Salt as required
1 cup ice cubes
1 litre Chilled Water
1/2 cup boiled moong beans and black chana.


Method of preparation:
In a mixer jar add coriander leaves, green chillies, dates, asafoetida,
cumin seeds, chaat masala, grind it into a coarse mix.
Add lemon juice, salt, water, grind it into a paste.
Transfer it into a bowl, add ice cubes, chilled water, give it a stir.
Puncture the poori from between, add moong beans, black chana, pani puri water and have it chilled.
