A truck toppled over onto its side as Typhoon Jebi hit the city of Osaka in western Japan on Tuesday (September 4).
Video filmed by a Chinese motorist shows the truck tipping over its side and being blown along the road by the strong winds.
According to the filmer, the truck driver was not injured.
