Firefighters used plastic chairs to carry two senior citzens out of a flooded house in southern China on August 30.

In the clip, filmed in Shantou City in Guangdong Province, firefighters waist-deep in water carry people on an inflatable boat to cross a submerged street.

A firefighter can also be seen carrying a boy on his back on a flooded street.

Another video shows two groups of firefighters carrying an elderly couple in their seventies on two plastic chairs to transfer them to the safe area from their flooded house.
