In a recent interview, William Shatner blamed himself for Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. The film is considered be the worst Star Trek film out of the thirteen films that comprise the Star Trek franchise. Shatner wrote in his book, “I had a choice. I could accept the compromise or refuse to direct the movie. I made a mistake; I accepted the compromise, which doomed the picture from the beginning.
