Some 1,800 residents were temporarily evacuated from near the town of Vohburg, in Bavaria, early on Saturday, September 1, when a fire broke out at an oil refinery, causing an explosion.Deutsche Welle said several people were hospitalized.The fire was under control by around midday, police said.Norman Schwarz, who shot this video, said it was “very close” to his home.
