Ten crore families are receiving health insurance, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He was holding an interaction with 'Varanasi Morchas, Vibhag, Supporters and Volunteers' through the NaMo App. The Prime Minister said that health insurance will give poor people the power to fight against illnesses. Modi also emphasised the importance of preventive health care including 100% vaccinations, clean drinking water and maintaining cleanliness. Ayushman Bharat’, a health insurance scheme, is all set to be launched on September 25, on the day of Pandit Deen Dayal’s birth anniversary.
