Kochi international airport resumes operations today
The airport was shut for almost two weeks due to floods. Kochi airport was first closed on August 9, for a few hours, and then from August 15. The runway, taxi bay, duty-free shops and other areas of the terminals were submerged. A CIAL official had said earlier that airport suffered loss of over Rs 220 crore.
