CBS Sued By Shareholder After Moonves Investigation

According to The Wrap, a CBS stockholder sued the network and its top executives due to a drop in the company's share price.
Gene Samit sued CBS on behalf of others, and intends to make the case a class-action lawsuit.
Samit filed the suit for anyone who purchased CBS stock between February 14, 2014 and July 27, 2018.
Towards the end of July, CBS began an investigation into CEO Leslie Moonves for accusations of sexual harassment, which led to a decline in CBS's stock price.
