Border Agents Took Data From Woman's Phone, And She's Suing To Get It Back

A woman is suing the Department of Homeland Security and Customs for seizing data from her phone as she entered the United States. According to Gizmodo, the woman claims that while passing through Immigration proceedings, border agents escorted her to a windowless room, then asked her to unlock her iPhone 6S Plus, which was protected by a passcode.
