Arunachal Pradesh's Siang River turns turbulent; huge waves in the river for past 2 weeks

The water of Siang River in Arunachal Pradesh, which flows in from Tibet has turned turbulent. The flow of the rivers is fluctuating with unusually big waves that are unlike of a river for more than two weeks now. According to reports from the water resources department, the Siang River is flowing below the danger mark. As a precautionary measure, the deputy commissioner of east Siang district has issued an advisory. Warning people not to fish or swim in the river so as to avoid any eventualities. The needle of suspicion is on china's role behind the river's turbulence.
