This is the heart-warming moment a couple rescued an injured goose by transporting it to safety on the back of their bikes - in a RUCKSACK.

Natalie Roberts, 19, and Alex Drew, 26, had been cycling along a canal towpath when they came across the stricken Canada Goose on Sunday (19/8).

The couple stopped after they realised it was struggling to walk and flailing about near the Trent and Mersey Canal, near Aston-by-Stone, Staffs.
