Hillsborough campaigner Margaret Aspinall, whose 18-year-old son James died in the 1989 tragedy, has spoken of her disappointment and anger at the Crown Prosecution Service's decision to drop the charges against former police chief Sir Norman Bettison. The charges all relate to alleged lies Sir Norman told about his role in the aftermath of the disaster. Ms Aspinall said she was angry for the families and for the people of Liverpool.
