This is a review of the GI Joe team's intervention specialist (a nice way of saying "hostage negotiator"); Bullhorn. Collectors will mostly remember him for coming a case with rifle parts you could actually put together. Despite being an E-5 sergeant, he seems to have collar bar details like a captain rank. It would make more sense if he was an officer able to give command advice and set terms for enemy surrender.
