Rolando Bueso and his wife Adalicia say their 16-month-old son Johan has suffered from health and sleep problems since he was returned from the US, after having grown his first teeth, taken his first steps and spoken his first word -- "agua" (water) -- while in a detention center, after being separated from his father under President Donald Trump's "zero tolerance" policy.
