An Irish police officer caused sensation in a music competition when he joined a reveller dancing.

The clip, captured on August 14, shows the Guarda dancing with an elder woman to a rendition of Cecilia by Simon and Garfunkel, much to the delight of onlookers.

The moment happened in Fleadh Cheoil, a yearly music competition that attracts thousands to the streets of Drogheda in Ireland to enjoy traditional music and dancing.
