Anti-Gay Baker Sues Colorado Again Jack Phillips first entered the public eye for refusing to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple, citing religious reasons. The Supreme Court ruled in his favor. Now he's suing the state again for opposing his refusal to bake a cake to "celebrate a gender transition." Phillips is suing Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper, the director of the Colorado Civil Rights Division and the state's attorney general.
