The New York Times says it will be joining almost 350 news organizations that will publish editorials denouncing President Trump's repeated attacks on the media.
The coordinated effort, being dubbed #EnemyOfNone, will be carried out on Thursday from large metropolitan dailies to small weekly papers.
Trump has consistently labeled factual reports as "fake news" and called mainstream media as the "enemy of the people."
His rhetoric and actions have been criticized as undermining the free press and even inciting violence against journalists.
