In today's episode, I want to talk about letting an employee go.
Yesterday I had to let one of the guys that have been working for us for the last few days unfortunately go. He was just not pulling his weight and bringing the productivity down of the other employees.
In this episode, I talk about the pain that I feel of letting someone go because I want to help as many people as possible but this is my livelihood and I need to make sure that it succeeds at all costs.
