This video, shared to Facebook by Emily Cunningham, shows a camper van floating through Fishing Creek in Columbia County. The creek's water levels rose dangerously, causing mandatory evacuations as police officers drove through Bloomsburg to tell people to leave their homes.

Heavy rains wreaked havoc across Pennsylvania, closing down a busy interstate and flooding houses. Police reported numerous rescues of people trapped in cars due to the flood.

Authorities said the latest downpours followed weeks of a stalled weather pattern that is drawing moisture from the Atlantic Ocean, hitting some communities repeatedly.
