Eugene Galdi captured video of water gushing through a leak on the floor of New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 8. The video was captured on August 12 following heavy rain and flooding in much of the East Coast.Galdi told Storyful he was at the airport to pick up his family members who were returning from a trip to Italy when he captured the video.New York’s Port Authority told ABC News the leak was due to a backflow of rainwater that broke through the floor drain when the reverse flow valve broke down.
