Italian Red Cross emergency workers dug through the rubble of the collapsed Morandi bridge in Genoa, Italy, on August 14, saying 11 people had been rescued alive by 7 pm local time.This video shows Red Cross rescuers working with Italy’s Vigili del Fuoco on the wreckage of the bridge.Edoardo Rixi, Italy’s deputy transport minister, was quoted as saying that at least 22 were killed in the collapse.
