Insult, Beat, Jam & Toll cheat, who will end this VIP Road Raj? Nation@9

The road is rooted to life and philosophy since ancient times. For Indians the Uttarapatha, the northern way led to the colonisation of the doab by the Aryans. For the Romans, well all roads led to their capital. Philosophers tell us to take the road less travelled, poets talk about fork in roads, travel, movement is rooted in confucian teaching. In India 20 years, roads were infamous for digging. Everything was dug up and left like that. Today, while we talk of highways and flyways and superbridges, you're left dealing with potholes and sinkholes. Access, the freedom of the road from daily travel to work, to holiday travel on a bullet. The road is meant to set us free. It's supposed to be secular, without caste, without judgement. But it isn't. Were now in an age when VIP’s who have been shorn of their lal battis, still think they rule. After case after case where the VIP’s netas and brats beat and even kill people for just daring to overtake their car to the rampant open beatings at toll booths when they refuse to pay to the cavalcades that hold up ambulances. Now we're told that in Maharashtra. From the cm to the transport minister are accused of running up thousands of rupees of traffic fines and not paying them. They think it's baap ka raj how do we tell them it's vote ka raaj.
