Water Pours Down Mountain During Philippines Floods

A Dramatic footage shows water cascading over the side of mountains after a storm drain overflowed following heavy rain in the Philippines. The powerful torrent of water came from a small village on the hills of San Mateo in Rizal, Philippines on August 12. Residents had to flee for their lives after their homes were hit by the deluge, which had spilled over from the hamlet's storm drainage system.
