Regularly we build completely new and reconditioned chassis for Citroën 2CV's. This time we made a cool timelapse of the process. Watch our mechanics Antoni and Sjoerd assemble the rolling chassis (about a complete day of labour).
A rolling chassis is always build with: - reconditioned engine - reconditioned gearbox - completely new braking system - new wheel bearings and suspension arm bearings - new fuel systems - powdercoated engine cooling panels - stainless steel exhaust system - and many other small improvements over the original!
