A 26 year old Kanwariya with a criminal past was arrested on Thursday for going on rampage and destroying a car involved in a minor accident in West Delhi's Moti Nagar. Police say that the accused who sparked the rampage has been identified as Rahul alias Billa, a resident of West Delhi's Uttam Nagar. The car had been vandalised on Tuesday after the woman driver accidently brushed one of the kanwariyas. The entire incident was caught on tape.
