At a hospital in St Louis, Missouri, after waking up from foot surgery, Camila Cabello superfan Kai was distraught to find that Cabello was not there, hoping to see her when she came to.

Kai was still partially under anasthesia when she woke on August 6, and is a huge fan of the former Fifth Harmony singer Cabello and her songs, which include 'Havana' and 'Never Be The Same'.

Kai can be heard crying "But Camila! She said she was gonna be here!" Her mother reassured her: "It's okay. She to go perform with Taylor [Swift]. She's on tour."

Cabello has since sent her condolences to Kai via Twitter, which Kai was reportedly ecstatic about.
