The 59-year-old billionaire was arrested in Las Vegas this week along with companion Ashley Fargo on suspicion of trafficking drugs. They includw heroin, cocaine, MDMA, and methamphetamine. Police say they were called to the Encore hotel-casino Tuesday night after security reported finding the drugs in Nicholas' room.
