Photographer Accuses Bill Murray Of Assault A photographer claims actor Bill Murray attacked him at a restaurant in
Martha's Vineyard. The photographer, Peter Simon, is the brother of singer-songwriter Carly Simon. Simon says he was on an assignment for 'The Martha's Vineyard Times' when Murray allegedly accosted him. He goes on to say Murray swore at him and threatened him. Simon wasn't injured in the incident but may still press charges
against Murray. Murray's representatives say Simon was taking pictures of the 'Groundhog's Day' star and harassing him. Simon has called the claim a "complete lie" and wants an apology from Murray.
