Tornado touches down in New Mexico county

Residents of Eagle Nest, located in northern New Mexico, spotted a tornado on August 9.
This video, filmed by Debbie McNeece and shared to Facebook, shows the waterspout in the sky.
According to local media, the tornado was spotted at around 2 pm and remained on the ground for seven to eight minutes. Much of Colfax County was under a Flash Flood Warning and residents also reported hail.
Heavy thunderstorms with lightning, high wind and hail have pummeled portions of Northern New Mexico since yesterday. Storms are expected to continue at least through tomorrow.
