Today i Bring to you the most delicious Eggless Mango Pastry Resipe. Hope you like it

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1/2 CUP MILK
1 TEASPOON VINEGAR
MIX & KEEP ASIDE FOR 5 MIN.
1/2 CUP OIL
1/2 CUP MANGO PULP
MIX IT
1 & 1/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3/4 CUP POWDER SUGAR
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
MIX IT WELL
MIX THE BUTTERMILK
MIX IT
6 INCH OIL GREASED MOULD
POUR THE MIXTURE INTO MOULD
COOK IT IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 50-55 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
1/2 CUP MANGO PULP
2 TABLESPOON SUGAR
2 TABLESPOON WATER
COOK IT FOR 5 MIN.
CLEAR THE EDGES
CUTOUT THE SIDE & TOP PARTS OF THE CAKE
DIVIDE THE CAKE INTO 3 LAYERS
PUT A LAYER OF WHIPPED CREAM
PUT A LAYER OF MANGO PUREE
REPEAT THE PROCESS
PUT 1/2 PORTION OF MANGO PUREE ON THE TOP
KEEP IT IN FRIDGE FOR 10-15 MIN. FOR SET
WHIPPED CREAM
MANGO PUREE
CHOPPED MANGO
