Additional Director General of Uttar Pradesh Police (Meerut Zone) Prashant Kumar showered rose petals on Kanwariyas from a helicopter on Wednesday. This comes just a day after Kanwariyas passing through Delhi turned belligerent and vandalised a car after it brushed passed them in North Delhi.
