There's a TV drama which is based on a popular webtoon of the same name. Its leading actors LIM Soo-hyang and CHA Eun-woo are very similar to the original characters. It's the new TV drama "Gangnam Beauty" also known as "My ID is Gangnam Beauty" which deals with young people and their thoughts on plastic surgery. It was in the spotlight even before the drama started airing.
