Wai Lana Yoga for Anti Aging II and Gastric Problems

I have learned from Wai Lana that keeping your spine nice, healthy and strong by doing twists and squeezing etc, you can stay healthy for longer! This exercise is also good for relieving problems in the gastric section of the body. It helps relieve gas, and rejuvinates all the organs. It's another one of those Wai Lana wonders. :)
