After a 10 month long investigation, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police department has closed the case on the mass shooting that occurred last October at the Route 91 Harvest Festival, however no motive for the case was ever uncovered. Route 29 reports that Vegas police have concluded that the shooter, Stephen Paddock, acted alone and was not affiliated with any known terrorist organization.
