Pakistan PM elect Imran khan's guest list has raised eyebrows as it includes his former Indian cricket colleagues but omits the Prime Minister Narendra Modi even other SAARC leaders are missing. During his victory speech, Imran Khan reminded media that his connection with India is from his cricketing days. But now that he is about to take on the mantle of Prime Minister, one would expect his guest list to be more politically oriented. So is he attempting a softer diplomatic approach or is he cowed by the army? The first guest list includes Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, Navjot Singh Sidhu and Aamir Khan. The PTI has asked the foreign office whether the Indian PM and other SAARC leaders can be invited to the swearing in ceremony to be held on August 11.
