Renowned West Papuan leader Mama Yosepha Alomang tells of what happened when the Indonesian military came to her village.
Mama Yosepha has been imprisoned more than 18 times by the Indonesian military and police for her activism in standing up to the illegal Indonesian occupation and environmental destruction of West Papua.
In 2001, she won the Goldman Environmental Prize for her resistance to the Freeport Mine, the largest goldmine on Earth which effectively funds the Indonesian state colonialism and genocide of the West Papuan people.
