Havana Talks Between Colombian Gov. And ELN Make Progress

A closed-door meeting between the Colombian government and the ELN, or National Liberation Army, has ended in Havana, Cuba. The two main issues discussed in the 5th and 6th cycles have been a new bilateral and nation-wide ceasefire, and a proposal for how civil society can participate in the building of peace. A statement read out at the news conference said that on both issues, much had been achieved. teleSUR's Laura Prada brought us the latest from Havana.
