Zimbabwe awaits election result with Chamisa and Mnangagwa hopeful | ITV News

With no official result yet as to who will be the next president of Zimbabwe, both sides are claiming it is their man.

Election day boiled down to a contest between the current president Eemmerson Mnangagwa and the young opposition leader Nelson Chamisa.

One of his top team is afraid that if Mr Chamisa wins, he may be assassinated by the army.
