Choreographer Mandeep Raikhy is openly gay despite it being illegal in India. He is using performance art to challenge the country's anti-gay law. India's Supreme Court is currently considering overturning Section 377 of the penal code, a relic from 1860s British legislation, that bans gay acts as "carnal intercourse against the order of nature" and allows for jail terms of up to life
