Business Insider reports that a strong foot odor forced a Spirit Airlines flight to make an emergency landing in South Carolina.
According to WLKY, the foot odor made passengers sick, as some even complained of burning in their throats and chests.
After landing in Myrtle Beach, all 220 passengers exited the plane. A Hazmat team boarded but failed to locate the odor’s source, which was described as smelling like “dirty socks.
