Families of Missouri 'Duck Boat' Sinking Victims Sue Tour Company

According to Reuters, the families of two of the 17 people killed, after a tourist “duck boat” sank on a Missouri lake earlier this month, have sued the tour operator. The families called the accident the “result of decades of unacceptable, greed-driven, and willful ignorance of safety.” The families sued Ripley Entertainment on Sunday, alleging they “recklessly risked the lives of its passengers for purely financial reasons.
