Trump Congratulates John Kelly For Completing One Year As White House Chief Of Staff

President Trump on Monday congratulated John Kelly for completing one year in the White House.

President Trump took to Twitter on Monday and posted a celebratory tweet.
"Congratulations to General John Kelly. Today we celebrate his first full year as @WhiteHouse Chief of Staff!" Trump wrote.
The tweet comes amid reports that Kelly's role in the White House has diminished in the past several months.
"They've basically stopped telling Kelly when meetings are. People leave him off the calendar," one official with the administration reportedly told Vanity Fair's Gabriel Sherman.
And back in June, the Wall Street Journal reported on Kelly's possible departure.
"Trump is consulting with advisers about whom he should tap as his next chief of staff, with John Kelly expected to depart the administration as early as this summer, possibly soon, according to people familiar with the matter," the Journal noted on June 29.
