Venezuela's Governing Party Closes Its 4th Congress

Venezuela's governing socialist party, the PSUV, will end its 4th congress this Monday, with a celebration of the anniversary of the election of the Constituent Assembly last year. They are also analyzing the grass roots organization within the party and how to continue the bolivarian revolution.
