Sajid Javid rules out second Brexit referendum

The Home Secretary has ruled out the possibility of a second referendum on the UK's membership of the European Union. Speaking on a visit to the Ben Kinsella Exhibition Trust Library in central London, Sajid Javid MP said, "there is no question whatsoever of any other referendum", and that "the decision of the British people is clear".
