Man puts life in danger by riding motorbike with feet down busy road

A motorcyclist was captured barrelling down a busy road in Vietnam using nothing but his feet to steer. Footage filmed on July 2 in Hai Duong province shows the bike rider reclining back on his seat with his feet on the handlebars while he flails his arms around. The man nonchalantly overtakes other motorcycles and trucks with seemingly no regard for his own safety. After more than three minutes of the stunt, the man eventually grabs onto the handlebars. Police are reportedly looking for the man, who could face a hefty fine.
