Funeral ceremony for former floor leader of Justice Party held on Friday

A ceremony for the late lawmaker Roh Hoe-chan, a floor leader for the minor opposition Justice Party, was held at the National Assembly on Friday.
The ceremony for the late liberal lawmaker has been elevated to a parliamentary-level funeral ceremony,... and all members of the parliament served as funeral commissioners.
More than a thousand people gathered to pay tribute and to remember the three-term lawmaker's achievements in life, especially his reformist accomplishments.
Roh died on Monday, in an apparent suicide after facing allegations that he received illegal political funds from a power blogger known as "Druking".
Later today,... Roh will be cremated and his ashes taken to Moran Park in Namyangju City, the resting place of 160 other martyrs for justice and democracy.
