Kevin Love Inks Four-Year Extension With the
Cleveland Cavaliers NBA forward Kevin Love has signed a four-year, $120 million extension with
the Cavaliers. Love previously opted out of the 2019-20 season on a current five-year contract with the team. The new extension will kick in after the five-time NBA All-Star earns $24.1 million next season. In his 10-year career, Love has averaged 18 points and 11 rebounds, including 15 points and 9.7 rebounds in four trips to the playoffs with Cleveland. Despite making it to the finals with the Cavs last season, Love played in just 59 games, his fewest since
the 2012-13 season.
