Lebanese Cuisine, Hookah, and Belly Dancers, with Roni ...

The "Getaway Girl", Roni Taylor needs a little down time from all of the adventure every once in a while, so a night at Alibaba's Lebanese Restaurant was a welcome adventure. With hand painted murals, live piano player, and cozy seating this place this place made you want to stay all evening and wait for the Hookah to come out after 10pm. We had a wonderful show by an unbelievable limber bellydancer. She made me get up to dance with her which was a little unnerving. I am a former dancer myself, but the way she moved would make Shakira look like her hips ARE lying. I could swear she has had a pelvis realignment or something. The food was amazing as it was brought out tapas style. If you don't know what that is, it's when the food is served as appetizers....but lots of them. We all ate from the some plates which was alot of fun and different for a change. At the end of the evening we sat back and smoked a apple infused hookah pipe. I had never done this before and didn't do a very good job, but the experience was worth the laughs at my expense. All in all a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend checking it out the next time you visit Las Vegas!
