Removing Followers If you want to have more control over your followers without going private, this could be the feature you've been waiting for. The company has been testing “remove follower." It will give users the
ability to manually
remove followers. It’s less aggressive and
less awkward than your
typical "block." Users you choose to remove aren’t notified. Since the feature is being tested, only a few groups of people have it. You can check if you have the feature by
going to your profile and clicking
on followers. If you see an icon with three vertical dots to the far right of a user’s name, you can tap it and have the option to remove them.
